Mette Larsen is an exception to the rule in Equestrian sport: an amateur rider experiencing success on a national level. Mette & “Ulivi,” a gelding she bought as a three year-old and has trained herself, won the 2014 U.S. Champions for the KWPN-NA Adult Amateur Intermediare-1 and the Prix St. George Champions and Reserve Champions in the Intermediare-1 in 2013. An unrivaled work ethic transfers to all Mette does, including working full time and then coming home to ride and train all her horses.
